SALA is extremely excited to announce a new event led by our Virtual Liaisons – a virtual and FREE gift-giving exchange! This will be taking place during December and January. The holidays are about giving back and showing appreciation for those you care about, and we hope that you will consider participating to celebrate this time with your fellow students in the GSLIS community.
This is a no-cost exchange, so no spending money on gifts allowed! It’s up to you to make something creative for your match, whether it is photos, videos, short stories, recommendation lists or more! If you don’t know what to make, email us at uristudentala@gmail.com and we can help!
Here’s how it works:
1. Sign up on this form if you want to participate by Dec. 15th at 11:59 pm. You can specify what you want to create and receive.
2. Our virtual liaisons will match you with the student you will make a gift for.
3. Make your gift! Get as creative as you want!
4. Email your gift by Jan. 30th and CC SALA so we know the gift was received!
